Job SummaryWe’re hiring a passionate Product Marketing Manager who wants to build a company from the ground up. You’ll help build a category-defining company and accelerate our market adoption through compelling storytelling, messaging and positioning, and sales enablement. If you love to dive into the customers’ shoes, launch products, and drive customer communications, this role is for you.Core ResponsibilitiesMessaging and Positioning : Become an expert on Typeface, develop compelling product positioning to diverse audiences and industries, and effectively message value propositions to feature-level product differentiation.Storytelling : Participate in customer meetings, analyst meetings, and other events where you can tell our product and company story.Sales Enablement : Develop training to empower a rapidly growing sales team to close more deals, faster, and at a higher lifetime value.Customer Insights : Collaborate with product and sales for cohesive cross-functional plans that enable winning execution for customer acquisition and expansion. Develop insights on target personas, customers, industries, and use cases to inform GTM strategy.Market & Competitive Differentiation : Define and communicate market differentiation to various audiences, working with sales, product, and engineering.Content : Develop content across internal and external audiences, such as customer-facing presentations, collateral, blogs, and videos.Integrated Marketing : Collaborate with the rest of marketing on programs / campaigns, including webinars, events, thought leadership content.Product Launches : Launch new product releases to increase market awareness and user adoption.Minimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience4 years relevant work experience in product marketing or related roleExperience in B2B startup and working closely with sales and success teams preferred.Excellent writing and presentation skillsA great teammate and self-starter that is creative but analytical (you’re right and left-brained), comfortable working in a rapidly changing environment, taking initiative with limited resources, and making data-driven decisions to prioritize effectively for impact.Passionate about AI technology and its application in marketing.Base SalaryThe compensation range for this role is $140,000-$170,000.
