Position Overview :

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Head of Sales to spearhead our sales efforts within major retailers such as Walmart, Target, Costco, Walgreens, The Home Depot, and Best Buy. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth and expanding our brand presence in these marketplaces. The ideal candidate will have a profound understanding of retail dynamics, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for innovative kitchen solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Strategic Leadership :  Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and enhance brand visibility across our retail partners.
  • Team Management :  Lead and mentor the sales team, fostering a culture of high performance and collaboration.
  • Relationship Building :  Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with management and key stakeholders at our retail partners to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Market Analysis :  Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape, adjusting strategies accordingly.
  • Sales Execution :  Oversee the execution of promotional activities, roadshows, and in-store events to drive sales and engage customers.
  • Performance Monitoring :  Analyze sales performance metrics and report on progress, adjusting strategies as needed to ensure targets are met.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration :  Work closely with marketing, product development, and supply chain teams to align sales initiatives with overall business objectives.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably within the retail or consumer goods sector.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing sales in a retail environment, particularly with major retailers.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
  • Passion for innovative kitchen solutions and a deep understanding of consumer needs.
