About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Director to join our team at TYR Sport. This role will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with major retail accounts, driving sales, and achieving business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day business in existing accounts
- Establish strong relationships with buying teams/management of the accounts
- Proactive account management: Continual sales analysis to manage product life cycles, inventory models, and rates of sale vs the Product Class forecast
- Identify opportunities to improve existing business, attack new business opportunities, and quickly address business challenges with well-thought-out solutions
- Work in close partnership with internal cross-functional teams to provide the highest level of service and product expertise
- Coordinate, prepare, and execute seasonal product sell-in presentations
- Drive best-in-class experience with TYR business and the retailer
Requirements:
- 6 years of sales and/or sales leadership with major accounts such as Walmart, Amazon, and other major retailers
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required)
