We are seeking a Business Development Associate to join our high-growth, fast-paced home service support and partnership organization. This candidate will play a critical role in generating leads and building a pipeline of potential partnership opportunities for our growing portfolio company in Dallas, TX, Trusted Home Service Partners (THSP) .
Primary Job Responsibilities
- Generate leads through cold and warm calling efforts
- Build deep pipeline of future acquisition opportunities
- Outbound prospect qualification and company research
- Manage and maintain prospect database ensuring accuracy and integrity
- Work closely with business development team to progress leads through the deal cycle
- Assist in marketing campaigns
- Schedule travel and create trip plan for senior members of the BD team
- Assist in additional administrative tasks as needed
- Be a team player in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment
