Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Denticon Support Associate to deliver training and support for Denticon. The ideal candidate will be responsible for educating users, ensuring they can effectively use our software solutions, and improving user adoption and proficiency. This role requires excellent communication skills, technical expertise, and a passion for teaching.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver software training sessions (in-person, virtual, or self-paced) for employees, clients, and end-users.
- Conduct live demonstrations and hands-on workshops to ensure users understand key features and functionalities.
- Assess training needs through surveys, feedback, and user performance analysis.
- Provide post-training support, troubleshooting, and follow-up sessions to reinforce learning.
- Maintain and update training documentation to align with software updates and best practices.
- Assist in onboarding new employees with software training as part of the orientation process.
- Aid where needed with Denticon functions to support offices.
- Adapt training styles and techniques to different learning preferences and audience skill levels.
- Create and maintain user-friendly training materials, such as manuals, quick guides, video tutorials, and e-learning content.
- Strong understanding of software applications, IT systems, and digital tools.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with LMS (Learning Management Systems), e-learning platforms, and virtual training tools is a plus.
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical users.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to different learning styles.
- Familiarity with technical documentation, user guides, and video tutorials.
- Basic knowledge of programming languages or databases is an advantage.
- Prior Dental Practice Management System experience.
- Will require travel to different locations for on-site training.
- Ability to conduct virtual training using tools like Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or Webex.
