Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement a comprehensive cheerleading program that emphasizes athleticism, teamwork, and sportsmanship.
- Build and maintain a strong team culture that promotes positivity, respect, and inclusivity.
- Collaborate with school administrators and staff to ensure alignment with district goals and objectives.
- Recruit, train, and mentor coaches and athletes to develop their skills and achieve program goals.

Requirements:
- Master's degree in education, physical education, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience coaching cheerleading or a related sport at the high school level.
