As our Head Varsity Cheerleading Coach, you will be responsible for leading the school's varsity cheerleading team, developing and implementing game plans, organizing practices and competitions, and ensuring that all team members are provided with the necessary support and resources to succeed. You will also be required to attend meetings, workshops, and training sessions to stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the sport.
Key Qualifications and Skills
To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following qualifications and possess the following skills:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a cheerleading coach or instructor
- Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to motivate a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Deep understanding of the sport of cheerleading
- Ability to work effectively with students, staff, and parents
