Tyrone Area School District is looking for experienced and enthusiastic Paraprofessionals to join our team. As a Paraprofessional, you will work closely with teachers and administrators to implement student IEPs and provide individualized support to students with disabilities.
Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include assisting teachers in implementing student IEPs, working with students in special education and regular education preschool classrooms, and collaborating with teachers and administrators to identify areas of need for students.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must possess a High School Diploma and 2 years of college or completion of the paraprofessional test. You must also be able to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing situations.
Benefits and Compensation
This is a permanent position, offering 6 hours per day and 5 days per week, with an hourly rate of $12.25. You will also receive 10 sick days and 2 personal days.
