Key Responsibilities:

• Create and implement a comprehensive cheerleading program that emphasizes teamwork, sportsmanship, and academic excellence.
• Develop and maintain a positive team culture that promotes respect, inclusivity, and accountability.
• Collaborate with school administrators and staff to ensure seamless integration of the cheerleading program into the school's overall athletic and extracurricular activities.
• Recruit, train, and mentor coaches and athletes to develop their skills and achieve program goals.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with parents, guardians, and community members to foster support and engagement in the program.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in education, physical education, or a related field.
• Experience coaching cheerleading or a related sport at the high school level.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire athletes and teams.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and contribute to a positive school culture.
• Passion for youth development and a commitment to academic excellence.
