What are the responsibilities and job description for the Associate Accounting Administrator- (A-Shift) position at Tyson Foods Inc.?

Job Details : SUMMARY :
Enter in daily issue sheets into the STORES system, making inventory adjustments as needed. Checking in and receiving daily shipments from Fed Ex, UPS, and various vendors. Must be able to lift 40lbs. and be able to walk up and downstairs.
Working in COUPA catalogs ordering and receiving. Running reports in STORES, MRS, SAP for budgets and filling in the budget sheets in excel. Sending out transfers or repairs with inbound logistics or FedEx account. Backup for ordering chemicals and issuing weekly. Working the discrepancy reports.
Entering in CIR's and receiving as directed. Creating forklift cards of authorized team members. Answering phone calls. Setting up part numbers and new vendors in STORES / SAP. Filing paperwork daily. Full inventory audit to be completed monthly replacing labels as needed.
Creating bins for new items and making sure proper labels are on the bin. Filling personal issue for supervisors twice a week and entering into STORES. Handing out new equipment to new hires as needed.
Update the weekly personal issue tracking and submit to the Superintendent's weekly. Forklift experience, but not a must we will be training to operate forklift .Working knowledge of excel, word, chrome and outlook. Keeping an eye on the recycling buckets sending out as needed. Occasional Saturdays only per management request. Other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS :
Education : High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience : 2 plus years of Office experience required
Computer Skills : Basic computer skills; Tyson Business Computer System an understanding of the system features and how to use these features.
Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written skills.
Special Skills : Good attendance and safety record; ability to complete Tyson paperwork; ability to work with little supervision; detail oriented.
