- Minimum of 6 months general or industrial maintenance background or technical school education.
- Flexible schedule necessary, with hours varying based on production needs.
- Strong reading, writing, and interpretation skills to understand equipment manuals and technical instructions.
- Effective oral and written communication skills to collaborate with team members and management.
- BASIC computer skills to operate software and training programs.
