Management Level :
We are seeking a dynamic Supply Chain Leader with expertise in SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) to join our team. This role supports decision-making cross-functionally by partnering with Business Unit General Managers, Sales Management, Production Planners, Sr. Analysts, and Plant Operations, Trans & Whse, Prepared and Fresh Meats Segments. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end process enhancements within the supply chain, drive operational excellence, and ensure seamless integration of supply chain processes.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, implement, and optimize SAP IBP solutions.
- Develop and execute supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for process improvements.
- Manage demand planning, supply planning, inventory management, and production planning.
- Ensure data integrity within the SAP IBP system.
- Provide leadership and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Monitor KPIs and make data-driven decisions.
- Stay updated with industry trends in SAP IBP and supply chain management.
- Prepare detailed production plans and inventory analysis.
- Support production and fulfillment planners to balance supply and demand.
