As the Senior Manager - Strategic Finance, you will engage directly with senior leadership and tackle the most challenging and high-impact opportunities within the Tyson Chicken segment. This role is not just about financial modeling and building decks; it's about driving the ongoing transformation of our Chicken segment and making a real difference in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

In this role, you will lead special projects that are critical to our strategic initiatives, conduct in-depth market and financial analyses, and develop best-in-class executive communications. Your insights and recommendations will shape the future of our segment, and your ability to manage multiple high-stakes projects will be key to our success.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage strategic initiatives within the Chicken Segment, driving impact and unlocking performance.
• Conduct comprehensive market and financial analyses to support strategic decision-making.
• Develop high-quality content - including PowerPoint decks and PowerBI dashboards to support executive communication and decision-making.
• Build and maintain financial models using tools such as Excel; Dataiku or Alteryx experience would a plus.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful project execution.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership in a clear and concise manner.
