Job Description
This role will be part of the plant operations team, reporting to the Maintenance Manager II. As a Process Improvement Engineer, you will support the implementation of business processes and identify opportunities for process improvement and systems integration.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Implementing modifications to systems and processes to capitalize on opportunities
- Analyzing existing manufacturing processes and systems to identify waste, redundancy, and process bottlenecks
- Liaising with Corporate Engineering and the Plant Operations team to implement solutions to existing manufacturing processes
