Job Details:
Applicants will be considered for any general labor type openings in any department that may include, but not limited to, First Processing, Dark Meat Cut Up, Truss, Wog Marination, Further Processing and Pack-Out. Applicant will be standing, walking, bending, stretching, climbing, pushing, pulling lifting up to 50lbs and reaching are required. Some jobs require the use of knives and scissors. All general labor positions may be loaned out to other departments as needed. All jobs are repetitive. and all other duties assigned.
Live Receiving: 4:30am-3:15pm
Packout: 6:00am-5:45pm
2nd Shift:
Live Receiving: 3:15pm-2:00am
Packout: 5:15am-4:00am

- 180-Day rehire waiting period
- Applicant must not have worked for Tyson Foods more the 3 times prior
- Applicants will be given a tour of the facility to observe open position vacancies within their assigned shift preference indicated by their application.
- If an applicant meets the minimum requirements for consideration, they may be contacted for a plant tour.
- Applicants must be willing to work overtime and weekends.
- Some departments are hot/wet, and some are cold/wet.
- Some positions require using knives and scissors.
- Positions require walking to the job station.
- Some jobs require climbing stairs or climbing onto a work stand.
- Some positions require pushing, pulling or lifting over 40 lbs.
- Jobs are fast paced and require repetitive motion.
- Position requires standing approximately 8.5 hours/day on concrete floor or on metal stands.
- Some jobs require lifting above shoulder level.
- Requires working at a moving line inspecting, trimming and removing product, etc.
