Job Details:
Schedule - Monday - Friday with possible Saturday's
Hours - 6:00 am - until finished
Pay - 22.45/Hr.
Job Details:
- Team Member is responsible to coordinate the quantity of which ground raw materials needed as well as its location.
- Team Member is responsible to keep the final blenders constantly full.
- Team Member must work with the CEM operator to determine the formula required of each compound to deliver to the Final Blenders.
- Team Member will assist with CEM samples and printouts.
- Must blend correct formulas for the blends and keep tracking of what has been blended into the computer.
- Must be able to communicate with Final Bender Operators for amounts needed and Power Grinder Operator to let them know what meat type needs to be ground.
- Team Member will be responsible to set up or tear down the blenders.
- Team members must be willing and able to lift up to 50lbs on a repetitive basis.
- All work is performed in a cold and damp environment with temperatures ranging from 20 to 50 degrees and requires standing 8 to 12 hours per day.
- Team Member must be willing and able to bend, twist, push and pull as well as the ability to perform repetitive motions such as pinch, grip, grasp and reach above the level of the shoulders.
- Team Member must have good communication and computer skills to ensure process is followed in compliance with product processing procedures and regulations.
- Team Member must be able to keep up with all paperwork. Responsible for other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Requirements:
- Must have at least 3 months experience with a single employer in the last 18 months.
