SUMMARY:
This position is responsible for representing Smart Chicken as a supplier that is committed to excellent products and superior customer satisfaction through coordinating the needs of the Smart Chicken customer with the goals of the sales force.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Receiving and processing domestic orders via phone fax and electronically from order to cash.
- Coordinating the efforts of all company personnel to achieve positive results in all aspects of our relationship with the customer
- Providing the alignment of effort necessary to bring together individual endeavors of sales management, quality assurance, transportation, warehousing, product movement, and every other department serving the customer.
- Developing solutions to administrative issues regarding product pricing billing etc.
- Responsible for building strong relationships with both internal and external customers
- Performing other duties as the need arises
HOURS:
Monday - Friday, 7 to 5 but hours may vary.
REQUIREMENTS:
Education: High school degree or equivalent preferred.
Experience: 2 plus year Customer Service and or Office experience is preferred.
Computer Skills: Intermediate computer and math skills with knowledge of Excel and Word.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Bilingual a plus.
