Job Details:
This position is responsible for learning all jobs on the debone training line.
Job Synopsis:
The Debone Trainee will learn all jobs including but not limited to: Shoulder Cutter, Cone Stabber, Tender Scorer, Clipper, Bone Checker, etc.,
This position and duties include but are not limited to:
Must be able to use knives and scissors
Must wear all protective equipment used in performing debone jobs
Must be able to maintain standard job performance to continue effectively and
efficiently with a consistent flow of product.
Ability to stand throughout 8–9-hour shift.
Willing to accept and carry through on request and directions given.
Must let supervisor, line leader, or knife sharpener know if something is wrong with a knife (ie: dull, lost, or broken)
Willing to learn other duties.
Must keep work area clean.
Training Requirements:
On-the-job training is required.
The successful candidate(s) must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.
Compensation: 16.75/hr

- Accepting Rehires: Yes
- 3 x Rule: If you have worked for Tyson Foods 3 or more times you are ineligible for rehire.
- Rehire waiting period: 6 months or 180 days.
