Education: High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 1 year experience in the Fresh Meats industry required or other QA type experience.
Communication Skills: Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Special Skills: Must possess skills to complete Tyson paperwork; ability to lead by example and motivate the hourly workforce; good problem
identification and problem-solving skills; math and organizational skills; ability to read and interpret product specifications; must function well under stress; must have flexibility to work where and when
needed.
Physical Requirements: Position involves heavy lifting (70 lbs. or more).
