Job Description:
- This position may require bending, twist, reach across, use repetitive motion, and be able to stand for a minimum of 8 hours daily.
- This position will be exposed on a routine basis to adverse temperatures ranging 20-40 F damp and dusty, damp and wet, in addition, this position may require the use of a straight and wizard knife.
- This position is responsible for Bone In Thigh, Boneless, Gristle cut, Top Cut, Remove and Identify defect, bone.
