Job Details:
Job Purpose/Summary: Skilled positions involve the use of knives, hooks, and wearing proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). These positions require physical work, including standing at a table or elevated platform for eight hours or more, and/or working on a moving table or chain. The work environment can be cold, hot, or humid.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work on a moving chain or table.
- Work in hot and cold environments.
- Use knives and hooks.
- Push, lift, and pull weights not exceeding 80 lbs.
- Apply physical force when pushing, pulling, and lifting.
- Wear all required PPE properly.
- Stand for 8 hours a shift or more.
Additional Information:
- Candidates who have previously worked for Tyson will have a rehire waiting period of 180 days and a 3-time employment limit for this location.
