What are the responsibilities and job description for the Housekeeping (2nd Shift) Springdale, AR Corporate Building position at Tyson Foods?

Job Details:
This position is responsible for non-skilled service work while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to all Tyson policies and procedures.
6 Months-1 year HK experience preferred
Qualifications:
- This person will sweep, mop and clean the floors and or utilizing floor machine, empty trash bins, and clean tables, table dividers, chairs, microwaves, food preparation areas of the kitchens, rest rooms, offices, hallways, entrance foyers, conference rooms, training rooms and etc. Also take out trash and break down cardboard.
- This person will clean, dust, sanitize and maintain team members work areas to include floors, sinks, cubicles and surrounding areas.
- This person will dust, sanitize windowsills and baseboards.
- This person will be required to use sanitizing solutions and cleaning solutions to sanitize/clean all touch areas of the facility which includes, door handles, vending machines, refrigerator handles, tables, chairs, kitchen area, microwave handles, windows and all other touch surfaces.
- This person will stock and maintain the housekeeping closet/storage areas.
Special Skills:
- This person will be trained on proper use of cleaning solutions and general safety rules. Will also learn the use of floor machines.
- Follow an area assigned check list, maintain a consistent and safe cleaning routine and follow standards set up in the Housekeeping Manuals, MSDS logs and any other documents trained on or assigned to.
Basic Skills:
- Basic reading, general safety training and safe lifting.
- Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs on a daily basis and complete assigned tasks.
- Must be able to work with little supervision on a daily basis.
