What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Generalist - 1st shift - Camilla Hatchery position at Tyson Foods?

Job Details:
Camilla Hatchery
Must have a minimum of (1) year of mechanical work experience documented in the work history section of the application or a graduate of an industrial maintenance training program. (Can be a combination of employers as long as experience is at least 1 year.)
Must have basic computer knowledge/skills
Knowledge and ability to work with 480 volt 3 phase electricity
Experience with pneumatics, hydraulic, electrical automated process control system, PLC operations, inverters, and basic electricity
Must possess mechanical skills
Must perform pm task on equipment daily and weekly
Must perform trouble shooting activities daily
Must be proactive in reducing downtime on all mechanical equipment
Ability to weld using appropriate tools accordingly
Must be willing to travel for advanced training classes
Must have good trouble shooting skills
Must be dependable and responsible
Must be Safety Oriented(learning and following Core Safety mandates
Must be willing to work 5-6 days a week with overtime
Must be willing to stoop, bend, climb ladders and work overhead
Must be flexible to work in cold and or hot temperatures
Must be cooperative and follow instruction carefully
Must be willing to lift up to 50 lbs
**Retention bonuses of $1,000 paid in four installments of 1 week, 90 days, 6 months, and 1 year.**
First shift -- Monday thru Friday, rotating on call on weekends
First is 8am to 5pm, but hours may vary as needed.
