This position has a starting base pay range from $24.55 to $33.35 per hour based on experience.
We are offering a $4K sign-on bonus for all new hires, increments... 3, 6, 9, and 12 months of employment.

This position is responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing all equipment and company assets while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.

Requirements:
The applicant must be able to understand technical and training manuals. Applicant must have strong communication skills. Must be willing to work a rotating schedule.
Must have a minimum of (6) months of continuous work experience in maintenance with a single employer or currently attending/graduated from an industrial maintenance training program in the last (3) years.
Candidates who have previously worked for Tyson will have a minimum rehire waiting period of 365 days and are limited to 3 times of employment.

- Must be willing and able to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair a variety of electromechanical equipment in a food processing environment.
- Must be willing and able to perform troubleshooting, repairs, and provide technical support for all phases of the operation.
- Must be willing and able to communicate as needed and understand technical and training manuals.
- Must be willing and able to stand, walk, bend, stretch, climb up/downstairs and ladders up to 20ft, and lift/push/ pull up to 75 pounds.
- Must be willing and able to work in temp that range for 20 degrees to 50 degrees.
