Job Details:

Hours of work: 3:45am to 2pm, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. Starting $16.55/hr. Attendance Incentive available. Candidate must reside in a 50-mile radius of the facility.

Job Description:

This position is responsible for performing various hatchery tasks while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures. Specifically pull chick trays from hatcher machines and arrange in a separate room using a pallet jack. General duties include a variety of tasks throughout the hatchery such as moving, handling, soring baby chicks and eggs in baskets, buggies, trays and boxes by lifting, carrying, pushing and use of manual or electric pallet jack. Perform sanitation duties by scrubbing, using water hoses and sanitizing chemicals. This position will perform any other duties assigned by Hatchery Manager. Holiday work is required. All Tyson policies and procedures must be followed to include Animal Welfare and Bio-Security guidelines.
