Job Details:
This position is responsible for separating the breast meat from the front half by the shoulder joint and scapula bone. The shell enters on a coneline conveyer system running directly in front of the team member or from the frame rework belt.
May be required to perform other assigned duties. Must be able to work in a cold environment and be able to stand 8 to 10 hours on a hard floor. Also, must be able to push, pull, lift, carry and bend. Use of PPE is required.
