Job Details:
Starting Pay $18.25/hr
Position Summary: The Utility Operator RE03 is responsible for assisting the Supervisor/Lead in coordinating the daily responsibilities of the department by filling any vacant production position. This role involves monitoring batching computer equipment, overseeing unloading and loading processes, and promptly notifying the Supervisor/Lead of any issues, all while maintaining a safe work environment.
Responsibilities:
Monitor batching and unloading systems.
Operate PIT (Powered Industrial Truck) equipment.
Follow LOTO (Lockout/Tagout) procedures.
Operate manual control systems and computer systems.
Perform physical tasks including climbing, standing, bending, sitting, and carrying/pushing/pulling up to 50 lbs.
Load and Unload Truck and Rail Cars.
Work in varying conditions, including hot and cold environments.
Work overtime and weekends as required.
Follow instructions and communicate effectively.
Work at heights safely.
The successful candidate(s) must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.
External Requirements:
Up to one year of work experience in industrial manufacturing; experience in agriculture milling preferred.
Valid Driver's License.
Ability to work at heights.
Basic Computer Skills.
