DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Wash and sanitize all racks, trays, and screens. Pick up trash and keep room clean. Assists in line set up prior to start-up. Observes Tyson USDA safety and sanitation rules, utilizes proper lifting techniques to avoid injury to themselves and others, wears appropriate personal protective equipment, operates pallet jack and performs other duties as required or assigned. Follow all instructions both verbal and written.
REQUIREMENTS
- 3 months work history with the same employer.
- 6 months of machine operator experience.
- This location is not accepting rehires.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: The successful candidate(s) must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.
- Requires ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions, perform routine repetitive tasks, bending, pulling and lifting up to 30 - 150 pounds constantly, move up to 450 pounds with a pallet jack.
- Frequently, stand continuously and walk up to ½ mile during the shift, sufficient near, far, color and depth perception vision to perform operations and work in extremes of temperature and be certified to operate material handling equipment such as pallet jack operator.
