Yard Driver Operator DB01:
The yard shuttle driver is responsible for moving correct trailer from yard to door. This position will check to ensure reefer units will start and set them at appropriate settings. Will chock trailers. Must be able to communicate with dispatcher and follow instructions. Will perform pre-inspection safety and mechanical defects at beginning of shift. Must report any fuel or oil leaks to maintenance and management. Will be responsible for cleanliness of shuttle truck. This position will climb in and out of trucks, requires repetitively bending at the waist and knees, twisting and turning, and walking long distances. Must be able to lift 70 pounds from floor to overhead. This position works in an environment where temperatures range from 0 to 100 degrees Fahrenheit due to weather.

Qualifications:

- Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean safety record with no DWI/DUI in last 12 months.
- Must be able to clear an MVR check to qualify for this position.
- Must have 8 points or less to be considered and must maintain 8 or less to remain in the position.
- Must not have a written warning within the last 3 months or a written warning with suspension in the last 6 months.
- Debe tener una licencia de manejo.
