What are the responsibilities and job description for the Manufacturing Associate position at Tyson Holsters?
This is an on-site role for a Manufacturing Associate at Tyson Holsters located in the Greater Richmond Region. The Manufacturing Associate will be responsible for performing day-to-day tasks associated with manufacturing operations. This includes forming, buffing, drilling, cutting and routing holsters. Will include sales and social media at times. We are a fast-growing holster company and are looking to expand. We need someone to pay attention to details, be a problem solver, and a creative thinker. Some firearm knowledge would be a plus. For the right person there is a lot of room for advancement. Qualifications
- Clean Rooms, Quality Control, and Manufacturing Operations skills
- Experience with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP)
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus
- Experience with firearms a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
