What are the responsibilities and job description for the Salon Front Desk Receptionist position at Tysons Nail Lounge?
*******Must be able to work from 10am-8pm, including weekends*******
-Warmly greeting clients, walking them to the proper station and alerting assigned technician of their arrival
-Booking and confirming appointments via phone and email
-Processing transactions and issuing receipt
-Welcome walk-ins, answer questions about services and schedule appointments based on availability
-Inform clients about new services and discounts
-Cross-sell services and products when appropriate
-Update client records with contact and billing details, appointments and services offered
-Maintain a tidy reception area and other salon areas
- Assists salon technicians as needed
Administrative Duties:
- Scheduling
- Running errands
- Stocking supplies
- Sorting and sending mail
- Answering and routing phone calls
- Managing social media
- Greeting visitors
