Unified Communications / Audio Visual SME #Tyto-1937{{jcity}}{{jstate}}Project or Program ManagementJob DescriptionTyto Athene is searching for a Unified Communications / Audio Visual SME to provide requirements, analysis, evaluation, and optimization recommendations and implementation for design, installation, interoperability and maintenance of telephony, video teleconferencing, chat, IPTV, digital signage, mass notification, LMR and AVMM architecture. The SME is also responsible for technical direction of developmental and operational UC systems.Responsibilities : Prepare operational guidesTrain Government customers in proper use of UC systemsProvide support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of UC systemsProvide tier 1 problem identification, diagnosis, and resolution of problemsManage the daily activities of configuration and operation of UC systemsProvide assistance to users in accessing and using UC systemsDocument hardware and software configuration management processes and proceduresCoordinate hardware installations across multiple sitesMaintain and develop the environment for hardware and software build, staging, testing and integrationApply concepts and define and implement hardware and software configuration management processes and procedures, such as creating product build scripts and procedures and integrate the scripts with the hardware and software build process.Analyze complex hardware system, hardware design, architecture, network design and other technical hardware issuesPerform testing on equipmentProvide hardware maintenance support, both preventative and remedialDeploy, install and implement US at CONUS and OCONUS locationsInterpret drawings, specifications and other related documentsAct as equipment custodian and perform inventory asset management and accountability functionsDesign a wide variety of UC solutions including multi-level security systems, enterprise level collaboration systems, conference rooms, classrooms, command centers, auditoriums, digital signage and streamingEducation : Associate degree from an accredited college or university is required with two (2) years of experience; or High School diploma with four (4) years’ experience; or a Bachelor’s degree with no work experience.Clearances RequiredTS / SCI with Poly#J-18808-Ljbffr
