What are the responsibilities and job description for the Learning Systems Analyst position at Tyto Athene?
Tyto is searching for a Learning Systems Analyst to provide technical expertise to support the deployment, maintenance and sustainment of new and existing customer training and learning products for the Defense Acquisition Workforce, including online training courses, credentials, certification courses, playlists, games, simulations and microlearning assets, that are primarily delivered and managed through the Cornerstone on Demand (CSOD) learning management system.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate & manage course and credential configuration/set-up, deployment, overwrite and retirement.
- Facilitate & manage playlist configuration/set-up, maintenance and modifications.
- Upload and test learning products.
- Test and support system patches, releases and upgrades as required.
- Adjust account privileges and roles as required.
- Provide Tier II resolution support by addressing questions/tickets escalated from Tier I Call Center and other sources.
- Address questions/requests for assistance from faculty & staff.
- Support 175-200 activities per quarter for training products in various stages of analysis, development, and revision.
- Support 150-200 maintenance actions per quarter.
- Follow customer's established workflows and escalation procedures.
- Contribute to the lifecycle support of customer's learning assets and improvements related to learning asset deployment and sustainment, including the upgrade, implementation, operation, and maintenance of associated development and delivery systems.
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of relevant operational documentation, including all assigned standard operating procedures, workflows and configuration management resources, to support effective processes.
- Assist with the development of relevant process and learning asset maintenance training (job aids, manuals, videos, FAQs, KBAs, etc.) as needed.
- Assist with the collection and analysis of data for issue identification, support and quality control metrics, and change requests for existing reports and dashboards.
- Manage and produce required reports as directed.
Required:
- 3 years of professional experience collaborating with clients/customers on complex modern learning projects.
- Experience using the Cornerstone on Demand (CSOD) learning management system.
- High level of proficiency with Microsoft 365 Suite, Microsoft Teams (preferably MS Teams for Education), Microsoft SharePoint, ServiceNow, Qlik and modern web browsers.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
