What are the responsibilities and job description for the Web Team Project Management Analyst position at Tyto Athene?
The Web Team Project Management Analyst assists teams in planning, executing, and delivering projects on time, and aligned with business priorities. Throughout each project's lifecycle, the analyst tracks progress, monitors project statuses, and communicates with management to address issues and mitigate risks. The role will focus on project management support for the customer public facing web site with a specific focus on 508 testing and remediation.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinates with project team members and collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure project tasks are completed on schedule.
- Independently develops and maintains project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.
- Prepares project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
- Provide support to web content development activities to include providing scrum master support as well as support for managing development work within Azure DevOps
- Conduct manual and automated testing of web applications to evaluate accessibility in accordance with Section 508 standards, WCAG 2.0/2.1, and other accessibility laws/regulations
- Document, track, and report accessibility issues, providing clear steps for reproducing problems and recommendations for resolution
- Suggest improvements to the agency's Section 508 processes and procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned
Required:
- Bachelors Degree in a related field
- DHS 508 Trusted Tester Certification Preferred
- Scum Master Certification Required
- 1 years of professional experience with accessibility and Section 508 compliance, DHS Trusted Tester Certification preferred
- Knowledge and experience with WCAG 2.0 standards, ADA compliance standards and Accessibility testing
- 3 Years of project management support in a technical support environment
