Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Car Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the car buying process. Laura Auto Sales has invested in outside training for this position so that you can excel and learn quickly and from some the best in the business.
Duties
- Engage with potential customers through outbound sales efforts, including cold calling and following up on leads.
- Demonstrate vehicles to customers, highlighting features and benefits that meet their needs.
- Utilize public speaking skills to present information clearly and effectively during sales presentations.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the automotive market and stay updated on industry trends.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring a positive experience for all clients.
- Utilize retail math skills to calculate payments, financing options, and trade-in values accurately.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure a smooth sales process.
- Uphold phone etiquette standards when interacting with customers over the phone or via digital communication platforms.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in outbound sales or retail sales is preferred, particularly in automotive sales.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on building relationships and trust with clients.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with retail math concepts to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- A proactive approach to learning about new products and services offered by the dealership.
