What you’ll do:
🔹 Lead daily DC operations — receiving, picking, and shipping
🔹 Supervise and support warehouse crew and delivery drivers
🔹 Ensure on-time, in-full order fulfillment to key retail customers
🔹 Build a strong safety culture and develop high-performing teams
🔹 Maintain inventory control and logistics execution
🔹 Solve problems, improve efficiency, and drive accountability
Ideal candidates have:
✔ Experience managing teams in a DC, warehouse, or logistics environment
✔ Industry knowledge (building materials, millwork, heavy products) a plus
✔ Hands-on leadership style and a passion for operational excellence
