The Company sells its products direct-to-consumer through www.itzyritzy.com, Amazon.com, and has chainwide placement at 1,800 Target stores, 3,500 Walmart Stores, and thousands of other national and specialty retailers.

Headquartered in Naperville, IL, and still founder-led, the company has more than 50 employees and has experienced significant and profitable growth since inception 16 years ago. In April 2021, Itzy Ritzy received a strategic investment from TZP Group, a New York-based growth capital fund known for partnering with entrepreneurs to build successful companies.

Our Sales Manager must be a high-performing leader who is motivated, goal-oriented, and passionate about driving sales growth through our independent/boutique channel with a focus on our main wholesale marketplace, Faire.com. Someone who is exceptionally organized, data-focused, and creative and can work well in a team environment. You will work closely with the independent/boutique sales support team and other key internal stakeholders to develop and execute strategies that achieve sales objectives. The Sales Manager will be responsible for the development and execution of the independent/boutique channel marketing plan that drives growth and exceeds revenue targets. This role reports to the VP of Wholesale.


What You'll Do:

• Lead the Independent/Boutique sales channel and team members in creating and executing high-level strategies.

• Responsible for developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to drive growth and exceed revenue goals.

• Manage all aspects of Faire.com, our primary wholesale marketplace, including product setup, pricing, customer service, inventory, and overall maintenance.

• Maintaining a strong relationship with our Faire.com brand manager in efforts to continuously be the leading brand in baby

• Continuously analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities.

• Responsible for planning and implementing all email campaigns, managing subscriber databases, creating engaging newsletters, and analyzing campaign performance. Create social media assets, promotional assets, and marketing materials.

• Responsible for daily social media platform management and generating sales through our private Instagram and Facebook pages by executing stories, lives, polls, and grid management.

• Own forecasting and budget management for the Independent/Boutique sales channel.

• Set performance objectives and develop daily, weekly, and monthly target goals.

• Analyze sales performance and use data to plan future sales and marketing strategies.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with other teams including marketing, product development, operations, and finance.

• Lead generation via Instagram, Facebook, and web research. Build and Manage relationships with potential customers and business partners to gain new business and achieve sales targets.

• Trade show planning and execution.

• Traveling as required to attend industry trade shows, customer visits, and other relevant events.


About You:

• A top-performing leader with a passion for exceeding goals and delivering meaningful results.

• 4 years of experience in B2B sales, or account management role, preferably with independent boutiques/mom & pop shops.

• 2 years of experience selling on Faire.com or a similar marketplace.

• 2 years of experience with social media management, Canva or graphic design, and creating content for social media.

• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals

• Excellent understanding of social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok

• Passion for social media and staying up to date with the latest trends and best practices including AI.

• Understanding of current social media trends and how to leverage them for successful social selling campaigns.

• Understanding of product merchandising, product promotion, product life cycle, and design

• Experience in product forecasting and planning

• A goal-oriented, self-starter with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment.

• Proficiency in Google Docs, Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint), and Net Suite a bonus.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of relevant education and sales experience required.

• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

• Entrepreneurial spirit and hustle, driven, positive can-do attitude, honest, with high integrity.
