Job Description:
We are looking for a Busser who is detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about hospitality. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, supports servers in providing excellent service, and ensures the dining area is impeccably maintained.
Responsibilities:
- Assist servers by clearing, resetting, and maintaining tables throughout service.
- Ensure guests have water refills and assist with any additional needs.
- Keep the dining area clean and organized at all times.
- Support the overall flow of service to maintain an outstanding guest experience.
- Work closely with servers, bartenders, and the kitchen team.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a high-volume restaurant.
- Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude.
- Bilingual (Spanish & English) preferred.
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to lift and carry trays, move quickly, and work efficiently under pressure.
