Responsibilities:
- Maintain an adequate supply of clean tableware for the dining room and kitchen.
- Retrieve dirty dishes and kitchenware from both the front of the house and the kitchen.
- Work in the conveyer area, performing tasks such as scraping, rinsing, loading, and unloading dishwashing machines.
- Properly store clean dishes, glasses, and equipment.
- Ensure the dish room is cleaned and sanitized at the end of each shift, following scheduled daily cleaning assignments and any special projects.
- Perform sweeping, mopping, and trash disposal duties.
- Adapt procedures, processes, tools, equipment, and techniques as needed to meet job requirements.
- Demonstrate a willingness to learn and grow, with maturity in judgment and behavior.
- Adhere to dress code requirements.
