Responsibilities
- Assist the storage facility manager in daily operations, ensuring the highest level of services provided to our customers
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns with honesty and integrity fostering a welcoming environment
- Utilize computer systems for bookings, inventory management, and customer accounts
- Conduct regular visits ensuring cleanliness and security standards are met
- Manage administrative tasks including billing, payments, and record keeping
- Assist in renting & moving U-Haul trucks & attaching trailers
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service preferably in a management or supervisory role
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and familiarity with database management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- High ethical standards and a commitment to honesty in all transactions
- We ask that you live within a few miles of Broadway (77) and Memorial Rd. to make it convenient for your drive, South Edmond/NW OKC
