What are the responsibilities and job description for the Production Coordinator position at U-Haul?
Production Coordinator
- Assist video producers and photographers to develop, plan, organize, and oversee productions.
- Receive and coordinate all Video Production & Photo Request Forms. Track and update projects lists and status of productions.
- Coordinate schedules, locations, talent casting, and documentation including permits, release forms, and contracts.
- Acquire all props and reserve all necessary equipment for shoots.
- Use project management tool (Asana) to facilitate reporting and tracking of projects.
- Organize and maintain video / photo library and database.
- When needed assist on set with camera, teleprompter, audio, and grip.
