We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Help Desk Associate to join our team. As a Help Desk Associate, you will work as part of a supportive team to assist customers with U-Haul products and services, manage rentals and inventory, move and hook up equipment, clean and inspect vehicles, and provide top-notch customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with U-Haul products and services
- Manage rentals and inventory using smartphone-based U-Scan technology
- Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers
- Clean and inspect equipment on the lot
- Answer questions and educate customers regarding products and services
- Prepare rental invoices and accept equipment returned from rental
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license and good driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
