Position Overview :
The U-Haul Risk Management team is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to assist with key initiatives and projects. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in risk assessment, insurance management, and workplace safety practices while contributing to meaningful projects that support U-Haul's operations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist with evaluating and analyzing risk data to identify trends and develop mitigation strategies.
- Support the review and management of insurance claims, including documentation and follow-up.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Participate in risk audits and assessments to identify potential areas for improvement.
- Help coordinate and implement safety training programs and initiatives.
- Prepare reports and presentations summarizing findings and recommendations for leadership.
- Provide administrative support for ongoing risk management projects as needed.
