U-Haul International, Inc. seeks a highly motivated and organized part-time Staff Assistant to join its Legal Department. The candidate will be responsible for providing general office support to attorneys, paralegals and other legal staff.
Responsibilities will include :
The position requires prospective candidate to balance a variety of tasks with accuracy and proficiency. Duties include but are not limited to :
Tasks related to general office duties – copying, scanning and printing.
Organizing, indexing and maintaining electronic and paper files.
Locating and retrieving electronic documents as requested.
Data entry and recording of relevant information for file management.
Identifying & evaluating files related to record retention.
Qualities of an Ideal Candidate :
Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently.
Well organized individual with an attention to detail
Effective communication skills
Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
