Working Hours : Monday - Friday, 10 : 30 AM to 7 PM
Key Responsibilities :
Engage in all facets of warehouse and distribution processes across various shifts including Freight, Returns, Receiving, Restock, and Transfers.
Cross-train in all Team Lead functions to ensure operational flexibility.
Provide direct, hands-on support to your team.
Enforce safety, quality, and productivity standards to meet warehouse goals.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and assist with implementation efforts.
Minimum Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is preferred.
Bilingual (English / Spanish), with strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
Minimum of 3 years of warehouse experience, supervisory experience in a high-volume distribution environment preferred.
Forklift certification and reach truck operating experience preferred.
Strong multitasking abilities and keen attention to detail.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office is preferred.
