Key Responsibilities
Develop and oversee preventative maintenance plans, project budgets, and capital expenditures.
Delegate and perform tasks related to carpentry, electrical work, painting, plumbing, HVAC, roofing, inspections, and security.
Ensure high standards of landscaping, office cleanliness, janitorial services, and security management.
Handle emergency maintenance requests promptly and troubleshoot various issues.
Assist with managing construction projects from inception to completion.
Accurately document all maintenance requests and maintain electronic records.
Create detailed reports for management review and strategy.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
Hands-on experience with mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, landscaping, and HVAC.
Previous management experience in a warehouse facility is preferred.
Able to work some weekends and evenings as needed.
