About the Role : This position is on-site, and we are eager to welcome individuals who share our passion for excellence.
Responsibilities include :
Partner with Product Managers to manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for Uline's product lines.
Identify and source innovative products from international manufacturers.
Plan and coordinate overseas travel and factory visits with product management leadership.
Acquire a comprehensive understanding of international regulations, including EPA standards, labor laws, and currency nuances.
Collaborate with internal teams such as Logistics, Purchasing, Product Management, and Distribution to optimize international operations.
Qualifications :
A bachelor's degree is required.
5 years of experience in sourcing products from overseas factories.
Familiarity with Chinese and Taiwanese cultures and business practices is essential.
Willingness to travel overseas approximately 15% of the year.
