Position Responsibilities
Analyze HR data to assist in workforce planning, recruitment, and turnover, ensuring we meet our staffing needs effectively.
Compile and present metrics and insights for management, facilitating communication with stakeholders at all levels.
Design and improve tools using Workday, Excel, and Access to enhance HR processes.
Work closely with business teams to align labor goals and productivity targets with our overall workforce planning.
Examine HR system transactions to pinpoint data integrity issues and suggest improvements or training for users.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resources, Business Analytics, or a related field.
2 years of experience in an analytical role.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Outstanding communication, organization, and multitasking skills, with a keen eye for detail.
