Position Responsibilities
Develop, test, and launch robust Java applications that meet our business objectives using industry-leading technologies and best coding practices.
Perform code reviews, optimize application performance, and maintain high-quality standards for responsiveness.
Contribute to architectural design discussions and project planning to drive strategic improvements.
Mentor junior developers and lead cross-functional team collaboration to share best practices.
Work closely with the development team to ensure consistent processes and timely project deliverables.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
2 years of hands-on experience in Java development, particularly in enterprise solutions using the Spring framework.
Proficient in REST web services, microservice architectures, Git, JPA, SQL, JSON, SOAP, XML, and version control systems.
Familiarity with caching, service discovery, CI / CD tools, and Agile methodologies is preferred.
