Key Responsibilities
Assist and troubleshoot users of Uline's internal web applications.
Document and evaluate current business processes and the associated systems / applications.
Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements for process improvements and convert them into technical specifications for the Web Development team.
Work closely with the User Experience team to design wireframes and prototypes for new enhancements.
Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to validate front-end modifications during User Acceptance Testing.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Experience with Microsoft SQL Server or DB2.
Familiarity with .NET is advantageous.
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills are essential.
